The 1460-gram female twin is also diagnosed with Low Birth Weight (LBW), Neonatal Jaundice, and feeding difficulties and needs 1 to 2 weeks of NICU treatment and medical intervention.

Urgent Care, Rising Costs The combined expense of their treatment at NICE Advanced Neonatal Care Centre and Children's Hospital has exceeded ₹500000:
₹2,50,000 for the male child,
₹2,50,000 for the female child.
These costs include NICU stay, oxygen/ventilator assistance, blood work, X-rays, medications, and medical attention—a sum considerably higher than the family can handle.
