Two newborn twin babies are fighting for their lives after being born extremely premature at just 27 weeks. The babies weigh only 870 grams and 1 kg and are currently receiving intensive neonatal care, including oxygen/ventilator support, blood investigations, X-rays, and feeding support. Doctors expect that they may need 3–4 weeks of NICU treatment, with an estimated medical expense of ₹2.5 lakh to ₹3 lakh for each baby. The family is struggling to manage this large medical expense, and your support can give these tiny babies a better chance at life. The babies are being treated at NICE Advanced Neonatal Care Centre and Children’s Hospital, Kolhapur, Maharashtra, under the care of Dr. Vijay Mali, M.B.B.S., M.D. (Paediatrics).
