Medical Case

My Daughter, is just 42 days old girl and she is diagnosed with “PRETERM, And VERY LOW BIRTH WEIGHT” Baby has to “UNDER OBSERVATION IN NICU” I (Baby’s father) I am as Farmer. I am the only earning member supporting the family I am worried about my daughter’s critical illness, Currently Baby is under treatment at NICE HOSPITAL, KOLHAPUR.

She has to Under Observation in NICU. Cancer Control Mission Commitment for the treatment expense is 1,50,000 /-. (One Lac fifty thousand only).

Mr. Pradip Salate (Father of Baby) is working as Farmer and her mother is house wife. He is the only earning member in the family consisting of 5 members and has no support from anywhere else and no other source of income. In such a critical situation it is difficult for him to bear the expense of his daughter’s treatment.
