courageous 2-year-old little girl confronting a life-threatening heart disease (TGA, IVS, S/P BD
Glenn Shunt+Septectomy). This little baby has been undergoing challenges ever since her birth.
Ashmeera is in immediate need of treatment. For the escalation of that, she is in desperate need
of surgery and additional medical aid. The total cost for these essential medical procedures
amounts to Rs 4,10,000, encompassing all necessary medical expenses.

Ashmeera’s father, Mr. Iftekhar, diligently works as a farmer and as the sole provider for our
family of four. His annual income barely reaches Rs. 45,000/-. He receives no additional support
from other family members or alternative sources of income. The family has been tirelessly
seeking donations since then. However, the situation is tough and appears impossible to
overcome without your compassionate assistance to alleviate our child's suffering.
